Return Policy
All sales are final –Pre Paid provides exchanges with any unused phone card in exchange for a different phone card of equal value. (Non-phone card products including Cellular Refill Cards are non-refundable),

Expiration of card
The expiration policy with the Pre Paid phone card varies. On average, the phone cards expire 180 days after first use.

Billing and Connection Fees
Connection fee cards generally offer lower rates, but charge a connection fee every time you call. These cards offer more minutes and are better for longer conversations. The No Connection Fee Cars is an optimal choice for shorter, more frequent phone calls to a certain destination. Calls to cellular phones may incur other charges.

Pre Paid’s calling cards offer discounted rates to certain major cities within a country. In most international countries, a surcharge is applied when calling to cellular phones. Due to the additional charges incurred for cellular calls, Pre Paid will increase the rates depending on the call connection. Please note that some hotels and conference centers charge high rates to use phone lines, regardless of the calling card rate. Orders under $40 will incur a $3 processing fee.

Phone card access with Pre Paid depends on how quickly your payment information is processed. Pre Paid provides support trouble ticket support.

Convenience of Use
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email message providing you with an order key and instructions for retrieving your order from your account home page. Once you have retrieved your PIN, simply call the toll-free access number, enter your PIN and then dial the phone number of the person you are calling. (New customers maybe notified by PrePaid’s customer support team to confirm the calling card order).
