Available minutes
The number of minutes available is based upon the rate of the country you are calling. Each time you use you Phone Card to place a call, the number of minutes available for that particular call will be calculated and announced to you before the call is connected.

• Nobelcom’s phone cards work with the majority of all cellular conference centers and hotels and charge high rates to use phone lines, regardless of the calling card rate).

• The Nobelcom calling card can be used to call other international destinations other than the specified countries the phone card was intended - but the rates will vary.

Billing and Connection Fees
The phone card company, Nobelcom offers discounted rates to certain major cities within a country. With Nobelcom’s connection, fee cards usually offer lower rates and charge a connection fee every time the user places a call. The connection fee cards offer more minutes and are better for longer conversations. Opting for a no connection fee card is usually a better choice for shorter, more frequent phone calls to a certain destination. For call to cellular phones, select a card which denotes that it is specifically for calling cellular phones. In most international countries, a surcharge is applied when calling to cellular phones. This additional charge results in rate increases.

Convenience of Use
After a user orders the Nobelcom phone card, service is provided, promptly. Upon purchasing a Noblecom phone card, you will receive an email message providing you with a toll-free access number, PIN number and a customer service number. Call the toll-free access number, enter the PIN and then dial the phone number of the person you are calling.
