Billing and Connection
Fees Only surcharges apply if calls are made from pay phones. Rates may be higher for calls made to or from mobile phones.The surcharge differs based on where you the AT & T phone card purchased the card. Surcharges are applied to the following call types:

• Calls billed to a third number
• Collect calls
• Calls billed to a calling card
• AT&T Prepaid Card Service calls
• AT&T Easy Reach 800 Service calls
• calls to AT&T Directory Assistance
• AT&T “00” information calls

Phone Card is ordered online 24 hours - 7 days a week. After you place your order online, you can see your card online.

Convenience of Use
AT & T’s phone card is delivered electronically on via email. Expediently delivered, it's active when the recipient received the calling card. All online orders are subject to credit verification and can take upt to 2 hours to process before the Dial Number and PIN are delivered. Because there are a variety of phone card plans – determining rates and surcharges is confusing.
